Order was sent the next day after purchase, in 4 days arrived in Brazil, the next day the Post Office confirmed the receipt and the same day was released for delivery at no more cost and within 6 days the package was available for pick-up, total 12 days for delivery completion. The order came in a plastic packaging without any inner lining surrounding the product to ensure greater protection, such as a bubble wrap for example, the original product box had a torn part on the sides, but fortunately everything came in perfect condition, came the 8 LED lamps, 3 cards with 4 stickers each, Remote control without batteries, USB controller and manual in English, the lamps worked perfectly, the mergbw app connected easily, the colors are strong and very intense, they are very luminous, TDs the effects worked perfectly in the app/USB controller/Remote Control, now I already have 20 LED lamps, it is an excellent product, recommend buying. I ordered 20 then 20 more but to get something big enough for my desk I will have 4 pack of 20 tiles.

All in all a better value than Nanoleaf, software is great, remote is great but you can not fix with it the design after pressing «Auto» with it.
